Our team designed and lead a working capital programme, directed at 8 EU countries simultaneously, in order to produce €20m free cash flow resultant from improved performance in AR, AP and inventory management. The project also produced a series of process and policy improvements across the organisation.
For a leading automotive benchmarking, we carried out a market study in what is a new, fragmented and highly obscure space: software reverse engineering. We defined market size, dynamics and players before identifying potential acquisition targets. We then carried out the commercial due diligence on the final company to be acquired.
Defined reporting & data governance for a PE-backed shipping and trading conglomerate.
After defining the reporting needs of the management and ownership, and analysing the availability of data and its governance, produced a series of dashboards used in stakeholder meetings. The project also identified current shortfalls in data and how to address them through a well crafted roadmap.
