Strategy consultant
Do you have experience in Consulting, M&A, understand financial analysis & modelling? Want to start an exciting career in Strategy? At Beyond we are looking for Strategy consultants to join our team and deliver high impact strategy to our client portfolio across Europe.
You will have direct exposure to Partners and top-level clients, driving your learning to the next level. We look for someone self-driven, with high analytical & numeracy skills and fluent in English (a must).
Someone who understands M&A, financial accounting and corporate finance, consulting with 2-4 years M&A or Consulting experience.
Some of the functions you will perform
- Analysis of the Market: Quantitative and Qualitative
- Analysis of Competition
- Definition of Business case & Business Model
- Reporting and presentation to the top management
- Coordination of teams (both internal and external)
Participate in the entire M&A process:
- Origination: searching candidates for acquisitions, profiling
- Analysis of financial statements
- Modelling and valuation of financial companies
- Reviewing SPAs & Agreements
- Execution and follow-up of the Post-merger
The Successful Applicant
We’re looking for exceptional individuals from Consulting or M&A to join us.
You would typically have 2-4 years of experience in:
- M&A areas which require financial analysis skills (Audit, Corporate Finance / M&A, Equity Research, Asset Management, and ALM) and the understanding of the overall M&A process and materials
- Consulting/Business development management or strategy Consulting firms or the Strategy/Business development department in a company
- Very strong analytical & numeracy skills and problem solving mindset
- A plus to have: Experience in Telco or IT and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to undertake detailed financial analysis and projections. Financial modelling and valuation experience
- High fluency in English (both oral and written). Minimum C1 is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to continuous learning and high-level of self-motivation
- Mature & committed personality with good degree of autonomy
